The International Food and Beverage held its most innovative and cosmopolitan edition from April 25th to 28th .
The 40th edition of the Barcelona Food Fair recorded 140,000 visitors, who didn't want to miss the latest trends in the food sector.
This fair is a great showcase for professionals as Veldis, who want to be aware of innovations and market trends in order to pursue new business opportunities.
By the stands of 4,000 exhibiting companies from 78 different countries passed by 140,000 visitors, of which over 30% were foreigners. Half of them from France, Italy, UK, Portugal and the Netherlands. Americans have assumed the second large flow of visitors followed by Latin Americans from Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Peru and Japanese and Chinese Asians.
In this new edition of he Food highlights the growing influx of Middle East; Visitors particularly UAE.
Nobody wanted to miss this great event that has brought together the main players in the sector under the theme of internationalization, innvación, gastronomy and specialization; due to reach key markets in the future of the food industry while continuing to surprise the consumers.
