STRACCALI Chianti D.O.C.G. (13% vol.) is produced according to traditional methods and a slow process of re-fermentation. Used strains - Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Trebbiano and Malvasia - are classic of the production area: Chianti Colline Senesi. The result is a wine of Ruby Red, dry, elegant, suitable for all meals, especially for pasta and meat dishes.
Serving temperature: 18 to 20 ° c.
