The main objective of the wineries MEDICI is to maintain its quality through the selection of land, grapes and wines, as well as the continuous modernization of production technologies, respecting the Italian wine-making tradition.
We highlight the wine MEDICI Lambrusco Reegiano D.O.C. (dry and sweet), red bubbling natural fermentation. Produced in the province of Reggio Emilia, with strains Salamino, Montericco, Lambrusco Marani and Maestri. Intense ruby red color and taste, soft, fresh, fruity and harmonious, both the dry (11% vol.) as sweet (8,5% vol.) are ideal to accompany the typical dishes of the Italian cuisine (pasta, pizza, cheese, etc). Serving temperature 8 - 10 ° C. The range is completed with the Lambrusco dell’Emilia pink and white sweet. Operating temperature ranges between 10 - 12 ° C to rosé, and between 7 - 9 ° C for white.
