Prepared with fresh products, grown and obtained in the lands of our Canary Islands, mojos GUACHINERFE, red and green, spicy and mild varieties, according to the pepper, are excellent with fish, meat, potatoes, gofios or vegetables. 

Intense green mojo coriander is made with herbs and fresh coriander and is perfect with fish. 

All varieties can be lowered by adding oil to the taste of the consumer. 

And Almogrote a delicious hard pate cheese, typical of the island of La Gomera, is exquisite with potatoes, meat and on toast.
